FAQ

How is the consultation conducted?

Consultations are free and recommended. When you visit the shop in person or contact us via email or phone, our manager will provide a consultation. If you wish to consult directly with a specific artist, contact the shop to schedule a consultation appointment. The artist will spend around 30 minutes discussing your ideas. To make the consultation efficient, please bring ample references for your desired concept.

How much will my tattoo cost?

The cost varies based on the artist and factors such as design and required time for the work. Consultation is essential to determine the exact cost. You can reach out through our website or email to schedule a consultation, or visit the shop anytime. We are always ready to assist you.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Completing the booking form on our website will expedite the reservation process. Alternatively, you can email the individual artists. Please note that DMs might not be promptly reviewed.

Does your shop offer piercings?

Currently, we do not provide piercing services.

How about cover-ups?

If you're interested in a cover-up, please consult with our manager first. We need to assess its feasibility and match you with an artist capable of the cover-up. Since cover-ups often require more time than regular tattoos, they may incur higher costs. Also, artistic freedom should be granted to the artist.

Can I bring a friend/family member with me for my tattoo appointment?

Absolutely, you can bring friends or family members. We have a café area where they can comfortably wait. While our shop offers various amenities, only the artist and client are allowed in the working area to maintain hygiene and artist concentration.

What can I bring?

For new clients, please bring a government-issued photo ID (e.g., license, state ID, passport) to your first appointment. If you're concerned about pain, consider bringing painkillers to alleviate any discomfort or headphones, a tablet, magazines, or books for distraction.

Where should I park?

There's a large parking building just 30 seconds away from our shop. Occasionally, there's free parking right in front of the shop.

What can I do in preparation for my appointment?

Maintain your best condition to minimize discomfort.

1. Get sufficient sleep, eat well, hydrate, and take vitamins at least a day before your session.

2. Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications like Ibuprofen and Aspirin 24 hours prior to the appointment.

3. Apply sunscreen on the tattoo area and avoid strong sunlight at least two weeks before the appointment.

4. Consume adequate glucose during the session to manage stress. Bring soda, sugary drinks, or bread in case of dizziness.

Does it hurt? Do you offer numbing/anesthetic?

Tattoos can be painful. Numbing creams may amplify discomfort, especially for sessions under 2 hours. If you're concerned about extended pain, bring painkillers. Additionally, we have pain-relieving spray that is effective on open skin. It's safe and doesn't affect the tattoo negatively.

How do I schedule a walk-in appointment?

Most of our artists are booked months in advance. Generally, appointments are recommended. If you walk in without an appointment, our manager will help you find an available artist. However, availability isn't guaranteed, and appointments are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
